The invention relates to a glycemic control composition which comprises a sweetening agent, a polyphenol and a starch. Examples of two formulations include, but are not limited to, i) a sweetening agent, gallic acid as polyphenol and arabinoxylan as starch； and ii) a sweetening agent, hesperitin or hesperidin as polyphenol and inulin as starch. Advantageously, the formulations comprise a combination of components to provide an effective formulation that alleviates or corrects the hyperglycemic effects of high glucose loads or ingestion.L'invention concerne une composition de régulation de la glycémie qui comprend un agent édulcorant, un polyphénol et un amidon.
