PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soft cream mix composition highly mixed with cacao butter, decreased in viscosity through suppressing production of an aggregate of fat drops, and retaining a smooth texture equal to that of conventional soft cream while having freeze aptitude, and to provide a method for producing the soft cream mix composition.

SOLUTION: This soft cream mix composition contains cacao butter, a first emulsifier of HLB&le2, and a second emulsifier of HLB8-11. An addition ratio of the cacao butter to the first emulsifier is (0.05-0.25):(2-11), and a weighted average of the HLB of the first emulsifier and the HLB of the second emulsifier is 3-7.
