The present invention relates to a method for cultivating Grifola frondosa. More specifically, the method comprises: a medium mixing step of mixing wheat bran, sawdust, and calcium carbonate； a perforation step of putting the medium prepared by the medium mixing step in a cultivating container and forming a plurality of perforated grooves using a perforating tool； a sterilization step of sterilizing the medium on which the perforated grooves are formed by the perforation step； a spawn spraying step of spraying Grifola frondosa spawn in one groove of the perforated grooves formed on the medium sterilized by the sterilization step； and a cultivation step of cultivating the medium in which the spawn is sprayed by the spawn spraying step. Since the medium on which a plurality of perforated grooves are formed is used in the method for cultivating Grifola frondosa, the Grifola frondosa grows up fast, and thereby the culture period is shortened.본 발명은 잎새버섯의 재배방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 밀기울, 톱밥 및 탄산칼슘을 혼합하는 배지혼합단계, 상기 배지혼합단계를 통해 제조된 배지를 배양용기에 투입하고, 타공장치를 이용하여 다수개의 타공홈을 형성하는 타공단계, 상기 타공단계를 통해 타공홈이 형성된 배지를 살균하는 살균단계, 상기 살균단계를 통해 살균된 배지에 형성된 타공홈 중 하나에 잎새버섯 종균을 살포하는 종균살포단계 및 상기 종균살포단계를 통해 종균이 살포된 배지를 배양하는 배양단계로 이루어진다.상기의 과정으로 이루어지는 잎새버섯의 재배방법은 타공홈이 다수 형성된 배지를 이용하기 때문에, 잎새버섯의 성장속도가 빨라 배양기간이 단축되는 효과를 나타낸다.
