PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a working vehicle capable of switching a change destination of a vehicle speed upper limit according to situations.SOLUTION: A working vehicle equipped with a work device includes a transmission mechanism for changing driving force transmitted from a power source and transmitting the changed driving force to a travel device. The transmission mechanism includes a continuously variable transmission device capable of changing a transmission gear ratio in the transmission mechanism in a stepless manner and a sub-transmission device capable of changing the transmission state in the transmission mechanism between a low speed state and a high speed state. The transmission mechanism includes a transmission control device for controlling the continuously variable transmission device according to a limit instruction value which is a value indicating a vehicle speed upper limit so that the vehicle speed is the set to vehicle speed upper limit or lower.
