PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for assembling a syringe with a plunger rod, capable of correctly controlling the degree of screwing a plunger rod in a gasket.SOLUTION: An upper end of a plunger rod supported by a plunger rod support section is brought into contact with a lower end of a weight supported by a weight support section to enable a mating means on the mutual ends to mate with each other, thereby regulating the horizontal rotation of the plunger rod by a rotation regulating means, the weight support section comes close the plunger rod support section to mate both the mating means and the horizontal rotation of the plunger rod is regulated by the rotation regulating means, the plunger rod support section comes close to a syringe support section while keeping the mating state of both the mating means, the plunger rod is inserted into the syringe and then is separated from the plunger rod support section, and the syringe is horizontally rotated while pressing the screw of the plunger rod into the screw hole of the gasket by the load of the weight.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】ガスケットに対するプランジャロッドのねじ込み度合いを正確に制御できるプランジャロッド付きシリンジの組立装置を提供する。【解決手段】プランジャロッド支持部に支持されたプランジャロッドの上端部とウエイト支持部に支持されたウエイトの下端部を接触させて互いの端部に設けられた嵌合手段を嵌め合わせてプランジャロッドの水平方向の回転を回転規制手段によって規制し、ウエイト支持部とプランジャロッド支持部とを接近させて両嵌合手段を嵌め合わせてプランジャロッドの水平方向の回転を回転規制手段によって規制し、かつ、両嵌合手段の嵌合状態を維持しながらプランジャロッド支持部とシリンジ支持部とを接近させてシリンジにプランジャロッドを差し込んだ後にプランジャロッド支持部からプランジャロッドを離脱させ、ウエイトの荷重でプランジャロッドのネジをガスケットのネジ穴に押圧しながらシリンジを水平方向に回転させる。【選択図】 図1
