PURPOSE: A novel Pesudomonas aeruginosa B5 isolated from soil and a process for preparing rhamnolipid B and oxychlororaphine by separation and extraction of a culture fluid of a novel strain are provided, which can be used for controlling M. grisea and Colletotrichum gloeosporioides as well as P. capsici. CONSTITUTION: The novel Pesudomonas aeruginosa B5 having antifungal activity is isolated from soil and an antibiotic is produced by cultivating the strain(KCTC-8969P) at 20 to 40deg.C using a king's medium B as a liquid medium. The antibiotic has excellent antifungal activity against M. grisea, Alternaria mali, Alternaria panax, Alternaria slani, Botryosphaeria dothidia, Cercospora capsici, Botryosphaeria dothidia, Cercospora capsici, Cercospora kikuchi, Cladosporium etc.
