In the sequence determination step (S2), the sequence of the plurality of piezoelectric elements is determined such that the differences in the mechanical quality factors among piezoelectric elements that are adjacent in the longitudinal direction is within 5% of the average value of the mechanical quality factors of the plurality of piezoelectric elements.
