The present invention relates to a medical tray sticking to a storage box stored in a body of the tray by a sealing means and a cover, and maintaining aligned condition so that products occupied in the storage box are not mixed with each other. The medical tray according to the present invention comprises a body having at least one occupation room； a storage box inserted and installed in the occupation room and forming a compartment space to store surgical instruments； and a cover installed to open and close an opened surface of the body.
