PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air cleaning implement in which installation is performed to a room inside, a car inside, in-flight or the like of relatively large of entry and exit of people, a locking member is applied, thereby chlorine dioxide is stably and persistently generated, and that is effective to sterilization, deodorant, injurious insect evasion, measures for a virus and a pollen or the like.SOLUTION: A box type air cleaning implement having an air cleaning function is characterized in that in a solid housing body that has two open faces that comprise a top face and an underside in which two or more independent housing compartments are disposed in a frame formed by a solid peripheral frame with a barrier, a material that generates an air cleaning gas is housed in these two or more housing compartments that exist in the housing body with a lid that is formed by that at least one of these open faces of a housing part is closed by an upper lid part having two or more apertural areas in which an air cleaning gas can be diffused through a breathable sheet, and the other open face is closed by a lower lid that has or has not these apertural areas.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
