PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical implement housing box and a medical implement set, which reliably prevent a first medical implement from being crushed under a load from a second medical implement.SOLUTION: The medical implement housing box 2 includes: a first box body 3 which has upper lids 33a-33d and houses the first medical implement at a lower side part inside an internal space 34 and a second box body 4 which is housed at a part on the upper side of the first medical implement inside the internal space 34, and supports the second medical implement in the housed state.
