The present disclosure is related to a formulation with high nutraceutical and nutricosmetic potential, that promotes the control of arterial hypertension and of the cellular oxidation, as well as cellular aging processes, composed of aqueous and methanolic extracts that includes green tea (Camellia sinensis) and Cochlospermum vitifolium cortex. The invention composition has a high antioxidant capacity, evaluated by the ORAC method, which are expressed in umol. TRolox (ET) / g sample (b.s.) equivalents obtaining results superior to 2000.
