To provide an X-ray diagnosing treatment apparatus which grasps the overall state of treatment by utilizing data at the time of simulation and suppresses the load ON a patient during treatment and can reduction the risk of a complication accompanied by the extension of a manipulation time.
SOLUTION: In the X-ray diagnosing treatment apparatus and a subject 20 is irradiated with X rays from an X-ray producing part 14 and the X rays applied to the subject 20 are detected by an X-ray detector 33 to be converted to an electric signal. The converted electric signal is temporarily stored in a memory 45 as image data and the stored image is subjected to image processing by a video circuit 47 to be displayed ON an image monitor 17. ON the other hand and a simulation image preliminarily obtained by an IVR simulator 35 is stored in main database 44. When the simulation image is indicated as a reference image by an operation part 12, the image temporarily stored in the memory 45 and the reference image indicated by the operation part 12 are displayed ON the image monitor 17.
