The present invention relates to deep sea water having excellent hair growth promoting properties and a method for promoting hair growth using the same and, more specifically, to deep sea water having excellent hair growth promoting properties by desalinating deep sea water taken at a depth of 510 m from the sea surface of 7,000 m in front of Oeongchi, Sokcho-si, Gangwon-do, Republic of Korea and applying the deep sea water to hairs, and to a method for promoting hair growth using the same. The deep sea water having excellent hair growth promoting properties promotes hair growth of hairs in a growth period, thereby having hair growth promoting efficacy and no side effects.본 발명은 발모성(發毛性)이 우수한 해양 심층수 및 이를 이용한 발모 촉진방법에 관한 것으로, 대한민국 강원도 속초시 외옹치 앞 7,000m 지점의 해수면으로부터 깊이 510m에서 취수한 심층수를 탈염 처리한 후에 머리에 바름으로써 발모성이 우수한 해양 심층수 및 해양 심층수를 이용하여 발모를 촉진하는 방법에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 의한 발모성(發毛性)이 우수한 해양 심층수는 생장기 모발의 발모를 촉진하여 양모 효능을 가질 뿐만 아니라 부작용이 없는 장점이 있다.
