The present invention relates to a solid hair dye cosmetic composition containing silicon oil and a silicon-based film forming agent and containing a dye using hydroxylapatite and calcined silica, wherein a dyeing effect is temporarily applied to hair. Particularly, the solid hair dye cosmetic composition of the present invention contains 10-50 wt% of silicon oil, 2-10 wt% of a silicon-based film forming agent, 3.0-20.0 wt% of wax, 0.1-5 wt% of hydroxylapatite, 0.05-1.5 wt% of calcined silica, 1.0-30.0 wt % of a dye, 5.0-40.0 wt% of a body color, and 0.2-10.0 wt% of an oil viscosity increasing agent. In the present invention, raw ingredients such as dimethicone, cyclopentasiloxane, methyltrimethicone, cyclohexasiloxane, caprylylmethicone, phenyltrimethicone, and diphenyl dimethicone which have excellent water resistance are used as a main base so that the same has strong resistance against rainwater or sweat. The silicone-based film forming agent is used so that erasion caused by friction or sebum is rare. The hydroxylapatite is mixed and used with the dye so that hair adhesion is improved. Accordingly, a dyeing effect can be maintained for a long time in a desired position.
