Disclosed devices for injection of medicament to a subject can include a hand-held unit, at least one control unit, and one or more medicament chambers fluidly coupled to the control unit. The hand-held unit having a head portion and a body portion, the head portion comprising at least one needle and a movable head, the movable head being axially movable relative to the body portion between an extended position and a retracted position.
