A coupling hole (16) and a coupling projection (26) are formed so as to be coupled with each other at corresponding positions of the main body (10) and the end portion bodies (20 and 20). A locking groove (17) and a locking rib (27) are formed at the corresponding positions of the main body (10) and the end portion bodies (20 and 20). In the locking rib (27), a guiding inclined surface (28) is formed so as to be inclined in order to be oriented in the direction in which the end portion body (20) is rotated so as to be coupled to the main body (10), and a locking surface (28) is formed in an upright manner on the opposite side. A connection tool (30) is mounted around the outer surfaces of the main body (10) and the end portion bodies (20 and 20).
