The present invention provides a stair walking rehabilitation device, comprising: a frame including a lower frame and side frames provided on both sides thereof； a link unit composed of a three-armed link attached to the side frame； and a footrest unit attached to the link unit. The link unit (100) includes: a first link (110) rotationally coupled to a first fixed position (P1) of the side frame and rotatable about the first fixed position； a second link (120) having one end connected to a first connection point (P2) located at the other end of the first link； and a third link (130) having one end connected at a second connection point (P3) located at the other end of the second link and the other end rotationally coupled to a second fixed position (P4) of the side frame.
