An electric-assisted leisure lifting recliner includes a back frame pivotablymounted to a seat frame unit. A footrest unit includes a connecting portionpivotablyconnected to a front end of the seat frame unit. First and second frames arepivotablyconnected to a base unit and the seat frame unit and are operable to move theseat frameunit vertically. A telescopic rod is pivotably connected to an actuating blockand theconnecting portion. An actuator pivotably connected to the actuating block canmovethe footrest unit to an extended state and to recline the back frame. When theconnecting portion abuts against the seat frame unit, the telescopic rod canbe shortenedto independently recline the back frame. When a length of the actuator isshortened,the first and second frames and the seat frame unit are lifted, and a rear endof the seatframe rises.
