The invention relates to new substituted heteroaryls of formula 1 or of formula 1' wherein A is either N or CH, wherein R2 is selected from the group consisting of -C1-3-alkyl, -C1-3-haloalkyl, F, Br, CI, wherein Y is selected from -O- or -CH2-, and wherein R3 is defined as in claim 1, and the pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, and the use of these aforementioned compounds for the treatment of diseases such as asthma, COPD, allergic rhinitis, allergic dermatitis, lupus erythematodes, lupus nephritis and rheumatoid arthritis.La invención se refiere a nuevos heteroarilos sustituidos de la fórmula 1 (ver Fórmula). o de la fórmula 1´ (ver Fórmula). en donde A es N o CH, en donde R2 se selecciona del grupo que consiste en -alquilo de C1-3, -haloalquilo de C1-3, F, Br, C1, en donde y se selecciona de -O- o -CH2-, y en donde R3 se define como en la reivindicación 1 y sus sales farmacéuticamente aceptables, y el uso de estos compuestos antes mencionados para el tratamiento de enfermedades tales como asma, EPOC, rinitis alérgica, dermatitis alérgica, lupus eritematoso, lupus nefrítico y artritis reumatoidea.
