PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multipurpose nail correction tool using pressure application planation in which the nail deformation developed in each different region of a nail can be subjected to orthodontic treatment safely and easily.SOLUTION: A multipurpose nail correction tool 10A comprises an upper flattening plate 1 and a lower flattening plate 2 formed in a substantially rectangular shape and long in the nail width direction, provided to a presser 51 and being the facing surface sides of an upper side leg 8 and a lower side leg 9, capable of pressurizing and biasing the nail tip edge developing nail deformation from above and below, and arranged in pressure application worksites, respectively. A planarization correction face part 3 is formed in each of the nail contact surface where the upper flattening plate 1 and the lower flattening plate 2 are faced each other. Also, a tongue-shaped slope 4 is formed in longitudinal both side ends of the lower flattening plate 2 or in either one side end, and thereby the orthodontic treatment can be performed by the pressure application planarization concerning a nail plate curve deformation region 22 of a first correction object and a bend deformation flange shape part 23 of a second correction object where the nail deformation is developed in different nail regions, respectively.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3【課題】爪の夫々異なる部位に発症した爪変形を安全かつ容易に矯正治療可能とする、加圧平坦化作用を用いた多目的爪矯正具の提供。【解決手段】加圧具51に具備する上側脚部8および下側脚部9の夫々対向面側であって、爪変形を発症している爪先端縁を上下から加圧付勢できる夫々加圧作業部位に配設される、爪幅方向へ長く略矩形状に形成された上側平坦化用板1と下側平坦化用板2で成る多目的爪矯正具10Aは、該上側平坦化用板1および該下側平坦化用板2が対向する爪接触面部の夫々に平坦化矯正面部3が形成され、また、前記下側平坦化用板2の長手方向の両側端部またはいずれか片側端部には舌状傾斜部4を備えて成されたことで、第1矯正目的の爪甲部湾曲変形部位22や第2矯正目的の屈曲変形フランジ状部23など夫々異なる爪部位に発症した爪変形を加圧平坦化により矯正治療が行える。【選択図】図3
