The limiter (2) has an input terminal which receives a high-frequency signal. A limiting stage unit (8) is electrically connected to the input terminal. The limiting stage unit has a series circuit of an unbiased diode (10) and zener diode (11), which does not serve to bias the diode, so that the high-frequency signal is electrically connected to a reference ground through the unbiased diode and the Zener diode at absolute dimension, such that high-frequency signal is present at anode of unbiased diode in positive limiting stage.
