PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating/cooling device for a plant cultivation house, the device being configured to be able to effectively increase water temperature in winter and effectively cool the house by efficiently using sump water or ground water in summer.SOLUTION: A heating/cooling device for a plant cultivation house is provided. In water channels for heating/cooling use installed on the ground, ceiling surface and/or each wall surface in the plant cultivation house, water channel bags made of a plurality of flexible films are respectively juxtaposed on the ground, ceiling surface and/or each wall surface.
