The present invention relates to a carbonate greenhouse having an individual assembly structure of a frame and a panel, which is simply and easily assembled and disassembled by dividing a framework which is a base frame of a greenhouse into a plurality of parts, secures a coupling force of the framework by a connection member horizontally installed at each separation space of the framework while minimizing internal heat loss of a greenhouse by coating a front surface of the framework by adopting a carbonate panel having high light transmittance in a triple structure, reduces an installation range of the carbonate panel by splitting the separation space into two parts by the connection member, and inserts upper and lower surfaces of the carbonate panel into the connection member to firmly restrict a position of the framework and the carbonate panel. The carbonate greenhouse having an individual assembly structure of a frame and a panel of the present invention comprises: a support unit (10) divided into a plurality of parts, and horizontally installed on the ground by a coupling protrusion (10-1) and a coupling hole (10-2) provided at both ends thereof; a framework (100) vertically inserted from the support unit, and including a plurality of standing units (20) installed at intervals in a longitudinal direction to form a dome of a greenhouse; and a cover (200) coated on a front surface of inner and outer surfaces of the framework. The carbonate greenhouse (1) further comprises at least one connection member (300) horizontally disposed at each separation space formed between the standing units (20) to connect the support unit and the standing units or to connect the two standing units so as to secure a coupling force of the framework, and also to split the separation space into two parts to reduce a coating range of the cover. Also, fitting holes (310) are provided in upper and lower surfaces of the connection member (300) to insert upper and lower sides of the cover
