The present invention relates to a collector (20) in particular for used needle syringe, being in the form of a container comprising a tank (50) for recovery surmounted by a device for separating needles from the body of the syringes. According to the invention, the separation device comprises a flexible part (1) provided with an orifice (7) whose edge forms a jaw able to receive the tip of the syringe, to apprehend it and to allow its detachment the syringe. Such a container makes it possible to separate the needle from the body of the syringe without the carer being in contact with the needle, which limits to the maximum the risks of propagation of infectious diseases, in particular infectious diseases transmitted by contact with products contained in these syringes such as blood. They especially allow to separate a needle screwed to the body of a syringe, easy and fast way without the carer is in contact with the needle. La présente invention concerne un collecteur (20) notamment pour aiguille usagée de seringue, se présentant sous la forme d'un container comprenant une cuve (50) de récupération surmontée d'un dispositif de séparation d'aiguilles du corps des seringues. Selon l'invention, le dispositif de séparation comporte une pièce (1) flexible munie d'un orifice (7) dont la bordure forme une mâchoire apte à accueillir l'embout de la seringue, à l'appréhender et à permettre son détachement de la seringue. Un tel container permet de désolidariser l'aiguille du corps de la seringue sans que le soignant ne soit en contact avec l'aiguille, ce qui limite au maximum les risques de propagation des maladies infectieuses, en particulier les maladies infectieuses se transmettant par contact avec des produits contenus dans ces seringues tels que du sang. Ils permettent tout particulièrement de séparer une aiguille vissée au corps d'une seringue, de manière simple et rapide sans que le soignant ne soit en contact avec l'aiguille.
