PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling device able to preferentially cool a cooling portion used to cool a part of a body.SOLUTION: A cooling device comprises: a hold member 11 for holding a coolant 51 supplied from outside and a covering member 21 covering the hold member 11 and having a cooling portion 24 for cooling a part 53 of a body. A supply passage 12 is formed in the hold member 11, the supply passage 12 having a guide passage 13 for the coolant 51 supplied, and a discharge opening 15 through which the coolant 51 is discharged. The discharge opening 15 is covered by the cooling portion 24 and disposed so as to discharge the coolant 51 toward the cooling portion 24.
