An objective of the present invention is to provide a dental crown removal device in which a crown is formed of a metal； the metal undergoes expansion by heat and contraction by cooling； and microvibration is used to release a fixed state of the crown based on an adhesive so that the crown can be conveniently removed without inducing any damage to a tooth or a gum. The dental crown removal device according to the present invention includes: a removal body that is disposed to face the crown covering a tooth； a heating member that is disposed in the removal body to heat the crown； a cooling nozzle that is disposed in the removal body to spray a coolant to the crown； a heat driving unit that is connected to the heating member to supply a heat source； a coolant supply unit that is connected to the cooling nozzle to supply the coolant； and a control unit that controls the heat driving unit and the coolant supply unit according to a previously set control program so as to repeat the heating and the cooling of the crown.본 발명은 크라운이 금속으로 이루어지고, 금속은 가열에 의해 팽창하고 냉각에 의해 수축하는 것을 이용하고, 또한 미세진동을 이용하여 접착제에 의한 크라운의 고정상태를 느슨하게 함으로써 치아나 잇몸에 전혀 손상을 주지 않으면서도 간편하게 제거할 수 있는 치과용 크라운 제거장치를 제공하는데 목적이 있다.본 발명의 치과용 크라운 제거장치는, 치아에 씌워진 크라운에 대향하여 설치되는 제거몸체와, 제거몸체에 설치되어 크라운을 가열하는 가열부재와, 제거몸체에 설치되어 크라운에 냉각수를 분출하는 냉각노즐과, 가열부재와 연결되어 열원을 공급하는 가열구동부와, 냉각노즐과 연결되어 냉각수를 공급하는 냉각수공급부와, 가열구동부와 냉각수공급부를 미리 설정한 제어 프로그램에 의해 제어하여 크라운의 가열과 냉각을 반복시키는 제어부로 이루어진다.
