The present invention relates to a method for extracting aronia to enhance anti-obesity functions in aronia, and an extract thereof. More specifically, the extract, which is obtained by undergoing extraction of aronia involving hot water, ethanol, ultrasound, and super high pressure pulverization-mixing, shows outstanding anti-obesity functions. According to the present invention, the extract increases elution of anti-obesity substances from aronia while improving the anti-obesity functions, thereby ensuring safety and low side effects to human body compared to chemical drugs used to prevent obesity. Therefore, it is possible to remarkably increase value of the aronia extract as food and drug substances.본 발명은 아로니아의 비만 억제 활성 증진을 위한 아로니아의 추출 방법 및 그 추출물에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는 아로니아의 열수, 에탄올, 초음파 및 초고압분쇄혼합 추출 공정을 이용하여 수득한 추출물이 우수한 비만 억제활성 효과가 있어 본 발명에 따르면, 아로니아의 비만 억제 활성물질의 용출을 증진시킴과 비만 억제활성을 증진시킴으로써 비만억제에 쓰이는 화학약물과 비교하여 인체에 대한 안전성과 낮은 부작용을 가지므로 식품 및 의약품 소재로서의 아로니아 추출물의 가치가 크게 증진될 수 있다.
