A method for acquiring an output quantity of a linear resonant actuator, and a circuit. The method comprises: according to an electrical parameter and a kinematics parameter of a linear resonant actuator, using passive electric devices to establish a circuit simulating the linear resonant actuator, wherein the passive electric devices at least comprise a resistor, a capacitor and an inductor (S110); selecting a measurement point in the circuit according to an output quantity required by the linear resonant actuator (S120); and inputting a drive signal of an input source to an input end of the circuit, and collecting an electric signal output by the measurement point to obtain the output quantity of the simulated linear resonant actuator (S130). In the method and circuit, by establishing a circuit model or system model simulating a linear resonant actuator, during the development and debugging process of a project, the scheme of directly using a physical actuator is replaced by the established circuit model or
