A method for enriching rice,comprising the steps of. providing an amountof rice grains； providing an amount of vegetablegerms, for instance germs of rice, wheat and/ormaize； mixing said rice grains and said germs soas to make at least part of said germs adhere toand/or become at least partially incorporated intosaid rice grains. The invention also concerns arice mixture enriched with vegetable germs, atleast part of said germs being at least partiallyincorporated into the rice grains.
