The present invention relates to a ligature thread tension-control device, and, more specifically, relates to a ligature thread tension-control device adapted to make it possible to control the tension of a ligature thread which is used for the dissection of tube- shaped tissues such as blood vessels, nerves, the vas deferens and fallopian tubes from surrounding tissues, and for the ligation of same. The present invention comprises: a housing a tension-control unit which is inserted and provided in the inside of the housing and has a ligature thread connected thereto and a hollow handle which is provided attached to the tension-control unit and is fitted into the rear end of the housing.La présente invention concerne un dispositif dajustement de tension de fil de ligature, et, plus spécifiquement, concerne un dispositif dajustement de tension de fil de ligature adapté pour permettre dajuster la tension dun fil de ligature qui est utilisé pour le détachement (dissection) de tissu de forme tubulaire tel que des vaisseaux sanguins, des nerfs, le canal déférent et les trompes de Fallope des tissus environnants, et pour la ligature de celui-ci. La présente invention comprend : un boîtier une unité dajustement de tension qui est disposée insérée à lintérieur du boîtier et est pourvue dun fil de ligature attaché et un manche creux qui est disposé attaché à lunité dajustement de tension et est assemblé logé dans lextrémité arrière du boîtier.본 발명은 결찰용 실의 장력조절장치에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 혈관, 신경, 정관, 난관 등의 관형 조직을 주위 조직들로부터 박리(dissection) 및 결찰(ligation)하기 위하여 사용되는 결찰용 실의 장력을 조절할 수 있도록 하는 결찰용 실의 장력조절장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 하우징과, 상기 하우징의 내측에 삽입 설치되고 결찰용 실이 연결 설치되는 장력조절부 및 상기 장력조절부에 연결 설치되어 하우징의 후방 단부에 끼움 결합되는 중공 형상의 손잡이를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 한다.
