PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a planting sheet capable of reducing work load when planting plants in soil, and decreasing drying and withering of plants even if a dry period continues and also decreasing cost. SOLUTION: This planting sheet 10 has two cut sheets 14 and 16 each formed with a mesh incision 12 in a constant direction. A plurality of crushed products 18 obtained by crushing plant roots, stems and leaves and a plurality of water holding agents 20 are each scattered and stuck between the two cut sheets 14 and 16, and the two cut sheets 14 and 16 are stuck to each other with an adhesive in a condition of holding the products and agents. The incision 12 opens to form an opening 12A and the planting sheet 10 extends through pulling the planting sheet 10 in a right-angle direction to the direction of the incision 12. The planting sheet 10 is covered on the soil in the condition so as to plow a plurality of the crushed products 18 in soil.
