The irradiation and scarification device has an irradiation material receiving point with a mixing device (3) to which a pressure line (4) is connected. This line is also connected to a jet and to the pressure side or outlet of a high-volume-delivery pump, such as a radial pump. A valve (3.2), influencing the cross section (4.1) of the pressure line and/or the cross section (15.1) of the induction line (15) is fitted inside the induction connector or the pressure line.
