The rotatable support member is rotatable about avertical axisand comprises a lever radially extending from the vertical axis. First andsecondflexible lines are coupled to the lever and are guided by first and secondline guidessuch that alternate pulling of the first and second flexible members rotatethe rotatabledecoy support member and the decoy in alternate directions.
