To provide method for increasing ratio of normal cells to NAPRT-expressing tumor cells and methods to assist in prescribing antitumor agents, in a mixed cell population of tumor cells in which normal cells and NAPRT are expressed.SOLUTION: When in addition to a NAMPT inhibitor and a NAPRT inhibitor, NMN is administered to the mixed cell population of tumor cells in which normal cells and NAPRT are expressed, the ratio of normal cells to tumor cells can be increased. When in addition to a NAMPT inhibitor and a NAPRT inhibitor, NMN is administered to a mammal individual with a tumor in which NAPRT is expressed, side effects, such as growth inhibition to normal cells, can be reduced.SELECTED DRAWING: None【課題】正常細胞とＮＡＰＲＴが発現している腫瘍細胞の混合細胞集団において、ＮＡＰＲＴ発現腫瘍細胞に対して正常細胞の割合を増やすための方法、及び抗腫瘍剤の処方を補助する方法を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】 正常細胞とＮＡＰＲＴが発現している腫瘍細胞の混合細胞集団に対し、ＮＡＭＰＴ阻害剤、ＮＡＰＲＴ阻害剤に加えて、ＮＭＮを投与すると、腫瘍細胞に対して正常細胞の割合を増やすことができる。ＮＡＰＲＴが発現している腫瘍を有する哺乳動物個体に対し、ＮＡＭＰＴ阻害剤、ＮＡＰＲＴ阻害剤に加えて、ＮＭＮを投与すると、正常細胞に対する増殖抑制などの副作用を減らすことができる。【選択図】なし
