PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a functional synthetic resin product is provided to be able to shorten the aging time by a strain by encapsulating mineral powder, to improve the preservation, and to manufacture a synthetic resin product with functionalities of maintaining freshness, shielding water vein, preventing browning, anti-bacteria, and anti-fungi. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a functional synthetic resin product comprises (S1) a step of kneading mixed powder of mineral powder and Salicornia herbacea powder, injecting Penicillium strain within the kneading and encapsulating； (S3) a step of aging and drying the capsules； (S4) a first mixing step of stirring the capsules in granular synthetic resin materials in a low speed； (S5) a second mixing step of stirring the granular synthetic resin materials and the capsules in a high speed to crush the capsules and mix； and (S6) a step of heating the second mixture, and molding the heated mixture to a sheet form.
