PURPOSE: A brown rice bud growing apparatus is provided to grow brown rice buds with a length of 30-70 mm without decomposition during a growing process.CONSTITUTION: A germinating unit (10) germinates brown rice. A germinating tray (12) is located inside a dark room (11). A growing unit (20) grows the germinated brown rice to obtain brown rice buds. A growing tray (22) grows the germinated brown rice. A sterilizing light (23) is installed on a duct located on a ceiling of a clean room (21). A fluorescent lamp (24) and a lamp (25) are installed on the outer surface of the ceiling of the clean room. A thermostat/hygrostat (31) uniformly maintains the temperature and humidity of the germinating unit. A water tank (32) supplies water to the germinating tray and growing tray. A sub tank (33) supplies a growth-promoting substance to the growing tray. A sterilizing device (34) supplies a sterilization material selected from ceramic, tourmaline, and their mixture.
