PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel non-stretchable area in an elastic-film stretchable structure, and a forming method thereof.SOLUTION: An area including a stretchable structure 20X of an elastic film 30, includes a non-stretchable area 70, and a stretchable area 80 provided at least at a stretchable-direction one side of the non-stretchable area 70 and being stretchable in the stretching direction.
