PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a freezer burn prevention agent capable of suppressing freezer burn, while improving flavor, without damaging texture of frozen noodles; and to provide frozen noodles coated with the same, or a production method of the frozen noodles.SOLUTION: There are provided frozen noodles having a freezer burn prevention agent adhering onto the surface, which are frozen noodles in which the freezer burn prevention agent contains butter. In the frozen noodles, the freezer burn prevention agent further contains a milk protein, contains butter as much as 1-10 wt.% in the weight ratio to the frozen noodles, and contains the milk protein as much as 0.5-10 wt.% in the weight ratio to the butter.
