A water quality control system is provided to improve accuracy and reliability by photographing peculiar images of harmful organisms contained in water flown into a water tank, thereby detecting the harmful organisms, and take a countermeasure promptly by generating an alarm immediately and transmitting alarm generating circumstances to an operator when the harmful organisms are detected.
