PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an environmental response investigation device for microorganisms that is capable of realizing an environmental condition equivalent to a natural environment at any point and is oriented to energy saving.SOLUTION: There is provided an environmental response investigation device for microorganisms reduced in input-output of energy by heat transfer and ventilation. The device uses: at least one piece of real-time natural environment data of light intensity, a day length, a temperature, humidity, a wind direction, wind velocity and a rainfall that have been measured at any point by an environmental sensor; already-acquired natural environment data at any point; or any virtual natural environment data. The device comprises: the environmental sensor for detecting at least one of light intensity, a day length, a temperature, humidity, a wind direction, wind velocity and a rainfall; at least one of a lighting unit, an air conditioner, a humidifier, a dehumidifier, an agitator and a rainfall unit; and a controlling controller. The device investigates an environmental response of the microorganisms in a space surrounded by an opaque structure reduced in heat transfer and ventilation, while suppressing energy consumption relating to air conditioning.【課題】任意の地点の自然環境と同等の環境条件を実現でき、かつ、省エネルギを指向した微小生物用環境応答調査装置を提供する。【解決手段】伝熱および換気によるエネルギの入出力が抑制された微小生物用環境応答調査装置において、環境センサで測定した任意の地点の光強度、日長時間、気温、湿度、風向、風速、降雨のうち少なくとも一つのリアルタイムの自然環境データ、既取得済みの任意の地点の自然環境データ又は任意の仮想の自然環境データを用意する。光強度、日長時間、気温、湿度、風向、風速、降雨のうち少なくとも一つを検知する環境センサと、照明装置、空調装置、加湿装置、除湿装置、撹拌装置、および降雨装置のうちの少なくとも一つと制御コントローラを備えていて、光に不透明であり、かつ、伝熱および換気が抑制された構造物で囲まれた空間内で、冷暖房に係るエネルギ消費を抑制しつつも、微小生物の環境応答を調査する。【選択図】図1
