The present invention relates to a natural mulching material. In more detail, the natural mulching material comprises: a nonwoven fabric formed of at least one among natural rayon and natural cotton which are textile materials； and an impregnant immersed in the nonwoven fabric and consisting of 45-55 weight% of water, 3.5-6.5 weight% of a vegetable glue, 2-5 weight% of an animal glue, 6-10 weight% of green carbon, 3.5-6.5 weight% of an ethylene vinyl acetate emulsion mixture, 6-10 weight% of molasses, 1-3 weight% of a water-soluble silicate, and 13-18 weight% of yellow soil powder or zenolite.
