PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounted device for an endoscope which maintains flexibility and elasticity of an insertion portion of an endoscope and is capable of causing a bending portion to bend smoothly.SOLUTION: A transmission portion for transmitting power from a power source to a rotary body 34 and driving the rotary body 34, is divided front and back into a first transmission portion 11a and a second transmission portion 11b, and the transmission portions are connected by a three-layered coil spring 52 for connection. The power from the power source is transmitted to the second transmission portion 11b, and then transmitted to the first transmission portion through the three-layered coil spring 52.
