The present invention is a solution for preservation of organs prior to organ transplantation used in reducing the damage occurring during transportation and waiting of liver and kidney prior to transplantation. Accordingly, the subject matter solution is characterized by comprising Raffinose in the range of 25-35 mmol/L, Lactobionate in the range of 80-120 mmol/L, HES (Hydroxy-ethyl starch) in the range of 0-4%g, SO42- in the range of 4.5-5.5 mmol/L, Adenosine in the range of 4.5-5.5 mmol/L, Glutathione in the range of 2.7-3.3 mmol/L, Allopurinol in the range of 0.9-1.1 mmol/l, Na+ in the range of 27-33 mmol/L, K+ in the range of 115-125 mmol/L, Mg+ in the range of 4.5-5.5 mmol/L, Histidine/Histidine-HCI in the range of (25-30)/(2.5-3.0) mmol/L, Melatonin in the range of 30-50 mg/L, Glucosamine in the range of 20-100 mg/L.La présente invention porte sur une solution pour la conservation dorganes avant une transplantation dorganes utilisée pour réduire les dommages se produisant pendant le transport et lattente dun foie et dun rein avant une transplantation. En conséquence, la solution de matière de linvention est caractérisée en ce quelle comprend du raffinose dans la plage 25-35 mmol/l, du lactobionate dans la plage 80-120 mmol/l, du HES (de lamidon hydroxy-éthyl) dans la plage 0-4 % g, du SO42- dans la plage 4,5-5,5 mmol/L, de ladénosine dans la plage 4,5-5,5 mmol/L, du glutathion dans la plage 2,7-3,3 mmol/L, de lallopurinol dans la plage 0,9-1,1 mmol/L du Na+ dans la plage 27-33 mmol/L, du K+ dans la plage 115-125 mmol/lL du Mg+ dans la plage 4,5-5,5 mmol/L, de lhistidine/histidine-HCI dans la plage (25-30)/ (2,5-3,0) mmol/lL de la mélatonine dans la plage 30-50 mg/L, de la glucosamine dans la plage 20-100 mg/L.
