PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic probe for puncture wherein the probe is prevented from being soiled by the substances such as the body fluid, a tissue of a patient leaked through the hole made in a probe cover with a puncture needle when the puncture needle is inserted.SOLUTION: The ultrasonic probe for puncture is provided with: a notched groove provided in the side face of the oscillator 6 of the ultrasonic probe 2 for transmitting and receiving ultrasonic waves between the patient and the ultrasonic probe 2 and an attachment 12 wherein a guide hole for inserting the puncture needle 11 into the patient while crossing with the ultrasonic transmitting and receiving surface of the ultrasonic probe 2 is formed and which is mounted to the notched groove. The attachment 12 is provided with a second engagement part to be fixed to the notched groove in cooperation with a first engagement part provided on the inner surface of the notched groove. The ultrasonic probe 2 is provided with: a convex engagement part 68 formed on the side face of the oscillator 6 on the opposite side of the notched groove and an engagement member 62 having a concave part fitting with the engagement part 68.COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT【課題】穿刺針挿入時に穿刺針により探触子カバーに穴が開いてその穴から被検体の体液、組織等の物質が漏れて探触子が汚染されるのを防ぐことができる穿刺用超音波探触子を提供する。【解決手段】被検体との間で超音波を送受する超音波探触子2の振動子部6の側面に設けられた切り欠き溝と、超音波探触子2の超音波送受面に交差させて穿刺針11を被検体に挿入する案内穴が形成され、切り欠き溝に装着されるアタッチメント12とを備えた穿刺用超音波探触子において、アタッチメント12は、切り欠き溝の内面に設けられた第1の係止部と協働して切り欠き溝に固定するための第2の係止部を備え、超音波探触子2は、切り欠き溝の反対側の振動子部6の側面に形成された凸状の係合部68と、係合部68に嵌合する凹状部を有する係合部材62とを備えて構成する。【選択図】図2
