PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a puncture needle guide which can freely change the puncture position of a puncture needle and a puncture angle of the puncture needle in the state where the puncture needle is guided in puncture under ultrasonic guidance.SOLUTION: A puncture needle guide used in puncture under ultrasonic guidance performed by using an ultrasonic probe comprises: a guide part which guides the puncture needle and an attachment part which attaches the guide part to the vicinity of the tip of the ultrasonic probe. The guide part includes a planar slit for guiding the puncture needle. The slit is provided in the substantially same plane as the scanning surface of the ultrasonic probe, and the width of the slit is substantially wider than the diameter of the puncture needle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
