The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for measuring a strabismus deviation. The method for measuring a strabismus deviation according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of: blocking a view of one eyeball taking the one eyeball to obtain a reference image at a position before the one eyeball moves and a comparison image at a position after the one eyeball moves measuring a moving distance of the one eyeball by comparing the reference image with the comparison image and calculating the strabismus deviation by using the measured moving distance.
