The present invention relates to a method for measuring an ocular movement range and an apparatus thereof. The method for measuring the ocular movement range according to an embodiment of the present invention includes the steps of: acquiring a reference image of an eyeball by photographing the eyeball at a reference position of the eyeball； acquiring a comparison image at a movement position of the eyeball by photographing the eyeball at the movement position of the eyeball； measuring a movement distance of the eyeball through comparison between the reference image and the comparison image； and measuring the ocular movement range using the movement distance of the eyeball. According to the present invention, the method can measure the ocular movement range accurately and objectively.본 발명은 안구 운동 범위 측정 방법 및 그 장치에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 안구 운동 범위 측정 방법은, 안구의 기준 위치에서 상기 안구를 촬영하여 상기 안구의 기준 영상을 획득하는 단계, 상기 안구의 이동 위치에서 상기 안구를 촬영하여 상기 이동 위치에서의 비교 영상을 획득하는 단계, 상기 기준 영상과 상기 비교 영상의 비교를 통해 상기 안구의 이동 거리를 측정하는 단계 및 상기 안구의 이동 거리를 이용하여 상기 안구의 운동 범위를 측정하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 정확하고 객관적으로 안구 운동 범위를 측정할 수 있다.
