PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for measuring objective near field distance which is capable of measuring an objective near field distance in a more similar state to an actually using environment of a pair of glasses.SOLUTION: An apparatus for measuring objective near field distance includes an imaging device for simultaneously imaging an eyeball of a subject and a near field object used by wearing a pair of glasses during near field work in one image, a first position identifying device for extracting an area corresponding to the eyeball of the subject from the image taken in the imaging device and identifying the position of the eyeball of the subject on the image as an eyeball position, a second position identifying device for extracting an area corresponding to the near field object from the image taken in the imaging device and identifying the position of the near field object on the image as an object position, and a distance computing device for computing the distance between the eyeball and the object positions as a temporary objective near field distance, and the image is taken for each prescribed interval of times in the imaging device, and the distance computing device requires a real objective near field distance based on the temporary objective near field distance computed for each image.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】実際の眼鏡の使用環境に近い状態で近業目的距離を測定することが可能な近業目的距離測定装置を提供すること。【解決手段】近業目的距離測定装置が、被検者の眼球と被検者が近業時に眼鏡を装用して使用する近業対象物とを1つの画像内に同時に撮像する撮像装置と、撮像装置によって撮像された画像から被検者の眼球に相当する領域を抽出し被検者の眼球の画像上における位置を眼球位置として特定する第1の位置特定手段と、撮像装置によって撮像された画像から近業対象物に相当する領域を抽出し近業対象物の画像上における位置を物体位置として特定する第2の位置特定手段と、眼球位置と物体位置の間の距離を仮の近業目的距離として算出する距離算出手段と、撮像装置は、所定の時間間隔毎に画像を撮像し、距離算出手段は、画像のそれぞれについて算出した仮の近業目的距離に基づいて、真の近業目的距離を求める。【選択図】図4
