The invention relates to a method of manufacturing a cup (1) according to an additive melting process. The method comprises in particular the steps of: - determining a hemispherical surface (10) having a center of revolution (C), - determining a mesh of facets (11) plane around the hemispherical surface (10), - determining a lattice (20), having recesses (24), on the hemispherical surface (10), the lattice (20) comprising a plurality of elementary patterns (21), - determining a cup model (1) comprising the hemispherical surface (10) and the lattice (20), - determining an equatorial plane (P) of the cup model (1), determining several planes parallel to the equatorial plane (P) of the cup (1), - determining each point of intersection of the model of the cup (1) with a plane parallel to the equatorial plane (P). L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une cupule (1) selon un procédé de fusion additive. Le procédé comprend notamment les étapes de : - détermination d'une surface hémisphérique (10) présentant un centre de révolution (C), - détermination d'un maillage de facettes (11) planes autour de la surface hémisphérique (10), - détermination d'un treillis (20), présentant des évidements (24), sur la surface hémisphérique (10), le treillis (20) comprenant une pluralité de motifs élémentaires (21), - détermination d'un modèle de cupule (1) comprenant la surface hémisphérique (10) et le treillis (20), - détermination d'un plan équatorial (P) du modèle de cupule (1), détermination de plusieurs plans parallèles au plan équatorial (P) de la cupule (1), - détermination de chaque point d'intersection du modèle de la cupule (1) avec un plan parallèle au plan équatorial (P).
