PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and its structure, the method that is realistic and efficient and has high reliability, and also makes the timely, instantaneous and tenacious support by mass demonstration tactics remotely and automatically, as come-flying preventive measures of harmful birds flying in a group such as starlings or sparrows dispersed widely in a city area.SOLUTION: A method includes the steps of: transmitting a thermal image as temperature distribution information upon come-flying and invading of the harmful birds such as starlings or sparrows in a repellent sound operation range of the A point among A-C points during monitoring by an infrared thermography 1 installed in a place where the whole come-flying assumption area of harmful birds such as starlings or sparrows can be overlooked receiving and processing the temperature distribution information by a high temperature group flying object come-flying information processor 2, selecting the availability of operation of repellent sound and the type of effective evasion sound automatically or manually, and then transmitting the repellent sound operation signal to the A point and receiving the transmission data by a harmful bird repellent tool 3, emitting the selected repellent sound, and thereby repelling the harmful birds such as the starlings or the sparrows.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】市街地における、広範囲に分散したムクドリやスズメ等集団飛翔する害鳥の飛来防止対策として、人海戦術での適時、瞬発的で、かつ粘り強い対応を遠隔化、自動化するための、現実的で効率的かつ信頼性が高い方法及びその構造を提供するものである。【解決手段】ムクドリやスズメ等害鳥の飛来想定エリア全体を俯瞰できる箇所に設置された赤外線サーモグラフィ1により監視中、A~C点のうちA点の忌避音作動範囲にムクドリやスズメ等害鳥が飛来、侵入した場合、その熱画像を温度分布情報として発信し、高温集団飛翔体飛来情報処理装置2により前記温度分布情報を受信、処理するとともに、忌避音の作動の可否と効果的な忌避音の種類を自動または手動的に選択したうえで、A点に忌避音作動信号を発信し、害鳥忌避具3により前記発信データを受信、選択された忌避音を発音してムクドリやスズメ等害鳥を追い払うものである。【選択図】図1
